During his playing days, Morgan caught 209 passes for 2,558 yards and 12 touchdowns with San Francisco, Washington and Chicago. Former NFL receiver Josh Morgan, who signed with the New Orleans Saints last May but failed to make the team in training camp, was hospitalized and later charged after accidentally shooting himself, TMZ Sports reported Wednesday. Josh Morgan has added himself to the list.

Before the NFL, Morgan played football at Virginia Tech, and before that, went to high school at D.C.'s Howard D. Woodson.
