NEWS: Which One of Rory's Exes Is Returning for the "Gilmore Girls" Revival? We don’t know much about Paris return to the small screen, but other outlets are reporting that she’ll be in at least two episodes of Gilmore Girls 2.0.
Filming on the four-episode revival series officially kicked off on February 2, with series creator Amy Sherman Palladino and husband Daniel Palladino set to write and direct every installment, each taking place in a different season, giving fans an entire calendar year with their favorite characters. Why do you suppose Melissa McCarthy hasn't been contacted to appear in the four new episodes?
"We're still dealing with who's going to be in it. We definitely want to see them". "It felt like a lot of time had passed and it felt like we were just there".
Yanic Truesdale, who played grumpy French concierge Michel Gerard at both the Independence and Dragonfly Inns, shared a photo with Lorelai - aka leading lady Lauren Graham - from the Los Angeles set on Friday. In the photo, Lauren's make-up is wonderful (great work on that one) and she's wearing one of Lorelai's trademark wrap dresses!!
Of course, the Gilmores are back!
All of the cast members seem stoked to come back.
As well as Lauren and Yanic, Alexis Bledel (Rory), Kelly Bishop (Emily), Scott Patterson (Luke), Keiko Agena (Lane), Matt Czuchry (Logan) and Sean Gunn (Kirk) have all been confirmed to return - and the latest addition includes Lisa Weil, who played Rory's school friend Paris and can now be seen in How To Get Away With Murder.
