Alongside the video, Trump asked of Clinton, "Is this what we want for a President?" "The Democrats have the flawless answer..." the ad says before cutting to a clip of Clinton barking like a dog.
The video then cuts to footage of Clinton at a campaign stop in Nevada earlier this year.
"We don't need to be a punch line!" the ad finishes.
'Arf, arf, arf, arf!' she chirped as her audience guffawed. "I think we've had enough debates", Trump said.
Trump has parried claims that he will lose to Clinton in November if he's the Republican nominee, saying that he 'hasn't even started with her yet'.
He appeared to turn that corner Wednesday morning. They are suspicious of her role as the former head of the US State Department and blame Clinton for the Syrian refugee crisis and the economic problems in Europe.
With outright victory well within the realm of possibility for Trump, it was a bummer when he took the stage at Mar-a-Lago Tuesday night and gave an uncharacteristically low-energy victory speech.
'Our commander-in-chief has to be able to defend our country, not embarrass it, ' she said.
