Titled Clear Sky, the Incursion pits players against the Rikers who have commandeered a formerly LMB-controlled anti-aircraft weapon site.
High-Value Targets is another new addition to The Division with the 1.2 update. Level 30 agents are tasked with taking out groups of enemies to acquire Target Intel, which can be spent to obtain High-Value Target missions.
Hijacking in Dark Zone - Players can now cut the extraction ropes to steal loot. There will be new gear sets and high-end weapons, similar to the first Incursions update. Players do not have the ability to hijack loot while being extracted. Not only will it be the second, but it is also the last major and free update from Ubisoft.

The trailer shows some upcoming features that will give Division players a whole new reason to get back into the game. There was an official livestream today for the new update content, and it revealed more details about what you can expect.
New game modes are stuffed into these free updates, not the bigger expansions it seems. That's because The Division Season Pass includes access to them all, plus gear sets and extras for player's characters. One of these is a new incursion known as "Clear Sky".
Since Ubisoft is now concentrating on adding more content to the player-versus-environment part of Tom Clancy's "The Division," the majority of players are spending all of their time in the risky player-versus-player areas called Dark Zones. In the Dark Zone, players all have to huddle around a helicopter to extract gear out.
"The Division" is a third-person shooter, playable on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. This is a time-limited activity, and to up to the ante, it's a one-chance takedown.
