'ANTM' Contestant Brandy Rusher Critically Injured in Deadly Shooting

A former America's Next Top Model was one of six found shot in a Houston apartment complex Sunday night.

TMZ reports that 32-year-old Brandy Rusher, a contestant from season four of the modeling reality show, is in critical condition after the shooting which also resulted in the deaths of two men.

Matters came to the fore after three men arrived at the apartment complex in a four-door white vehicle, with two of the men getting out and beginning to argue with the eventual victims. The former "ANTM" star was involved in a shooting where 2 people were killed and 4 others were shot, according to police. "It mainly was just an argument between two sets of people".

Police are still hunting the gunman and his two accomplices.

A few minutes into the altercation, one of the men grabbed a semi-automatic assault rifle from the trunk of the auto, proceeding to fire 15 to 18 shots, before all three men fled the scene.

The incident led to two men being killed, as a manhunt for the suspects is now underway. "Multiple rounds were fired, 15 to 18 rounds were fired at the group of individuals", Harris County Sheriff's Office Deputy Thomas Gilliland told KHOU. One was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other died in the hospital, reports the Daily Mail.

One of the victims has been identified as Christopher Beatty, while three of the victims are believed to have been from the same family.

Brandy, who starred in America's Next Top Model back in 2005, a 16-year-old girl, and two men aged 28 and 47 were injured in the shooting.
