Benzema: Hazard would be a good signing for Real Madrid

Speaking in an interview with Téléfoot, Chelsea winger Eden Hazard discussed his future at the club.

"[Hazard] is an excellent player, so what can I say?"

"It is not easy, he had a good season in Marseille, a season with being able to play and score".

Speaking to Telefoot about the transfer speculation surrounding him, Hazard said: "When it's not PSG, it's Real Madrid, then maybe it's Bayern Munich... strangely past year there wasn't anybody".

Hazard himself told the same show that he could be tempted to leave Chelsea and play for someone else, but made it clear that this wasn't an immediate desire. He is a player that I appreciate very much.

"I have things to finish with Chelsea before this summer, after I will go on vacation". I have a contract until 2020.

Benzema himself hasn't had the best of seasons, and the arrival of Eden Hazard could end up displacing either him or Gareth Bale.

However, the 26-year-old has indicated that he could be happy to stay on at Chelsea beyond the summer by insisting that he feels happy and settled in London.
