At a live presentation during Disney's D23 Expo today, some of the cast of the Avengers: Infinity War was brought out on stage.

"Okay Guardians, don't forget this might be unsafe, so let's put on our mean faces", Chris Pratt's Star-Lord tells his compadres.

If we're interpreting a new post from the Russo brothers' Instagram account correctly, it looks like filming for Avengers: Infinity War might have just wrapped. It's an unconscious Thor, wearing his gladiator garb for Thor: Ragnarok.

The Guardians bring the stranger in, and Mantis revives him.

From there, it's rapid-fire imagery. Loki (Tom Hiddleston) has the tesseract, Peter Parker is on a school bus and sees his armhair is tingling (Spider-sense?). The movie first went before the cameras back in January 2017 and now, after filming has gone from Atlanta to Scotland to NY and back to Atlanta again, it looks like it's finally complete.

"Fun isn't something you consider when trying to balance the universe", Thanos says, "But this does put a smile on my face!"

- Thanos wears the Infinity Gauntlet, and pulls down part of a moon to battle the Avengers on an alien planet. A despot of intergalactic infamy, his goal is to collect all six Infinity Stones, artifacts of unimaginable power, and use them to inflict his twisted will on all of reality.

Josh Brolin (Thanos) led the group, followed by Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olsen, Pom Klementieff, Karen Gillan, Dave Bautista, Don Cheadle, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Benedict Cumberbatch, Tom Holland (Spider-Man), Chadwick Boseman (Black Panther), Mark Ruffalo (Hulk), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), and Robert Downey Jr.

Avengers: Infinity War hits theatres 25 April 2018.
