But now, his fan craze has crossed boundaries as the other audience too has taken a liking towards the actor. The OK Kanmani actor is all set to broaden his market by stepping into Bollywood.

In fact, there were rumours of him making his debut with the Hindi version of "OK Kanmani" which was called as "OK Jaanu", but the male lead role was played Aditya Roy Kapur. Certain reports are doing the rounds that Dulquer Salmaan has finally given the nod for his first project in Bollywood. The movie will be in the comedy genre.

The makers had earlier made a decision to cast Abhishek Bachchan, but the actor backed out from the film citing dates clash with his upcoming film, JP Dutta's Paltan. The dates of the movie clashed with another JP Dutta movie called "Paltan" for which he had already committed.

In such handsome locations, you would expect there to be some sizzling romance and some love story but seems like DQ will not be romancing his leading lady in this movie directed by Akarsh Khurana. "The film rolls by the month-end in Kerala", said a source to the daily. He will be part of an untitled project produced by Ronnie Screwvala, which will also feature Irrfan Khan and the popular web series actor Mithila Palkar, reportsMumbai Mirror.

Dulquer Salmaan, who could rightly be tagged as the young superstar of Mollywood is on his way to conquer new territories.
