Yellow "be aware" warnings for heavy rain on Tuesday and Wednesday across East Anglia were issued by the Met Office today.

New rainfall amounts of a tenth to a quarter of an inch were expected Monday and Tuesday, with more possible during thunderstorms.

Some areas may miss the showers entirely while others could see two to three hours of heavy rain.
