Lizz Winstead: "Really Disappointed" In Obama, Clinton For Not Denouncing Harvey Weinstein

In one, Weinstein makes movie recommendations and mentions how he had "such fond memories" of the Clintons watching Shakespeare in Love.

Following the bombshell New York Times story last week - in which actress Ashley Judd, and other women, went on record to speak out against Weinstein - a reporter said Weinstein once put him in a headlock, and a TV journalist alleged that he masturbated in front of her.

CNN's Alisyn Camerota asked Kaine what's up with Clinton's defening silence on the subject to date.

Kaine ran alongside Clinton on the Democratic presidential ticket during the 2016 election.

"Where's Hillary Clinton? Where's she standing on this issue?" The media mogul visited the White House several times during Obama's presidency.

No day passes when she does not think...

Malia Obama, the couple's daughter, interned at The Weinstein Company before starting college at Harvard this year.

The Washington Free Beacon noted on October 5 that Mr. Weinstein "maxed out donations ($5,400) to Clinton's failed presidential campaign while adding more than $30,000 to the Hillary Victory Fund, a joint fundraising committee between Clinton's campaign, the Democratic National Committee, and more than 30 state Democratic parties".

In total, both Clintons received a combined $29,832 from Weinstein. On the friendship front, exercising situational ethics isn't ethics at all.

This is just the latest story to surface of Weinstein's behavior over the years.

When it comes to the Clintons and Obama as less-than-active participants in Democratic politics, that overlooks the fact that they remain the three most recognizable and beloved leaders within the Democratic Party.

Weinstein has always been a Clinton donor with ties to the political family. Winstead questioned why would they have shame.
