Spurs' 1-1 draw at the Santiago Bernabeu in the Champions League was billed by many as Kane's audition, with some claiming that he would be a better fit for the reigning European champions.
Perez explained that he has not enquired about the England striker because he believes Tottenham would demand a world-record fee.
But Perez insists that Madrid know they simply can not sign the striker from Spurs, as he will cost too much money.
"He is a magnificent player and in addition he is young".
When asked whether he has requested a valuation on Kane from Tottenham, he replied: "No, because if I ask, they will tell me €250million".
"He has many years to progress, but we are delighted with Benzema and with all of the team".
As noted by Goal.com, Kane has been in ridiculous form in 2017, scoring 45 goals in 40 games for club and country. The biggest clubs in the world, including Real Madrid and Manchester United, have been after the young Englishman, who's developed into one of the world's most risky scorers.
