See Overwatch's new skins before the 2017 Halloween event begins

The Overwatch Halloween Terror event will make a comeback in October 2017, as the event returns from when it first came to Overwatch back in October 2016.

Overwatch skins included in the Halloween Terror event have leaked early.

Blizzard announced earlier this week that Halloween Terror was coming back to Overwatch. Now a leak has given us a sneak peek at what's to come and can we just sit and admire that incredible Zenyatta skin for a minute?!

The characters from Overwatch are going to be dressing up as mythological monsters this Halloween, as more new skins are revealed.

Blizzard's own tease gave us a look at new Halloween themed skins for McCree and Reaper, but it appears a set of sponsored Facebook ads made their way online before intended, revealing new looks for the characters Zenyatta, Symmetra, and Mei.

At the very least, the images will hopefully get you just a tad bit more excited for Halloween Terror 2017.

The artwork was posted on reddit and show Mei with tiny vampire teeth, Zenyatta getting his Cthulhu on and Symmetra sporting some scales and glowing eyes. It is possible that Blizzard could also repeat the thing they did with the summer event where players could buy the previous year's costume for cheaper, but we'll have to wait and see.

Last year, the Halloween Terror event was started: new skins and other cosmetics were available in special loot boxes, and the Junkenstein's Revenge event was released for a limited time.
