Bryan Singer, who was sacked this week from his job as director of the forthcoming Queen biopic Bohemian Rhapsody, has been sued for sexual assaulting a minor, TMZ reports. Cesar claims Singer forced Cesar to perform oral and anal sex, even after Cesar refused, according to the complaint.
Singer - known for his work on the X-Men film series as well as Valkyrie and The Usual Suspects - was sacked this week from his latest project, the Queen biopic Bohemian Rhapsody, with sources close to the production claiming the director had been feuding openly with the film's star, Rami Malek. When they arrived at one of the rooms, the suit alleges Singer "forced Cesar to the floor, shoved Cesar's face against his crotch area and demanded Cesar perform oral sex on him".
In the lawsuit, the plaintiff says Singer offered to take him on a tour of the boat, owned by tech investor Lester Waters.
The famed X-Men director is well known for hosting lavish parties attended by young men you might call "twinks".
Singer also attempted to bribe Sanchez-Guzman into silence. He says Singer then forcibly anally penetrated him, all while ignoring Guzman's pleas.
As TMZ reports, Singer has denied all of the claims against him.
In 2014, Singer faced a civil lawsuit from Egan, who claimed Singer and other Hollywood executives sexually assaulted him 15 years earlier.
Besides those two cases, Singer has been the subject of various other sexual misconduct allegations over the years.
Because of the alleged incident, Guzman says he suffered emotional distress, mental anguish, and physical and mental pain. "Those claims were dismissed by Egan himself, and he later went to Federal prison for lying in a fraud case", the rep said.
Singer was recently fired from the set of Bohemian Rhapsody, in which Rami Malek is playing the late Queen singer Freddie Mercury, after the director failed to return to London, where the movie is filming.
