Japan is getting a sweet Dark Souls Trilogy Box Set

The Dark Souls Trilogy box contains Dark Souls Remastered, Dark Souls 2: Scholar of the First Sin, and Dark Souls 3: The Fire Fades Edition. No date for Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition has been set aside from a spring release window.

Unlike many other games shown during the Nintendo Direct Mini presentation, The World Ends With You -Final Remix- wasn't given a proper release window. You'll run, climb, and glide through its many mysteries and use motion controls of the Joy-Con to sing in tune with creatures and plants to unlock new abilities.

NINTENDO held a surprise announcement this week, revealing a whole host of new content for the Nintendo Switch.

The Nintendo Switch had an incredible 2018, and this is another instance where Nintendo has done really well to bring a well renowned third party franchise to the hybrid console.

Developed by FromSoftware Inc., DARK SOULS: REMASTERED allows players to explore the twisted ancient land of Lordran in the first title of the critically acclaimed action role-playing series like never before. The game will feature your favorite Mario characters sporting tennis outfits, and include a full story mode. The game will release on the Switch on May 4th.

Also coming to Switch this spring is a new Mario Tennis game.

This isn't all. Super Mario Odyssey sees a new mini-game called Balloon World, Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle gets Donkey Kong joining the fray as a playable character complete with a new storyline and world, and Pokken Tournament DX gets the Battle Pack that adds new Pokemon and avatar items from January 31.

Super Mario Odyssey will be getting a free update next month. Payday 2 was also announced for the Switch.

SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy was announced, it will feature an all-female ensemble. Remastered heads to retail stores in May and will make its Xbox One, PS4, Switch and Steam debuts simultaneously.

Fe and Celeste More third-party titles for Nintendo Switch announced at the event. Fe will be available on February 16 while Celeste will drop on January 25 for Nintendo Switch.
