The new footage also features the return of fan-favorites Edna Mode, voiced by director Brad Bird, and Frozone (Samuel L. Jackson), both of whom attempt to give Bob some proper parenting advice.
More of the storyline for the sequel to the 2004 Pixar hit was revealed including a new, probably villainous, character looking to bring superheroes, which are illegal, "back into the sunlight". And Elastigirl is back with Jack-Jack of course. The trailer is like a giddy, superpowered take on Mr. Mom, as Robert Parr struggles with newfangled math strategies (damn you Common Core) and reading Jack-Jack bedtime stories.
It's been a long, long, LONG 14 years since we've seen the Parr family in action.
This leaves husband Bob Parr (Craig T Nelson) at home to deal with kids Violet, Dash and Jack-Jack.
The superhero family will return to save the day in June. Incredible stays at home with their children, including baby Jack-Jack, whose family is still unaware of his emerging powers.
Here's the new trailer:Baby Jack-Jack is going to steal this movie.
The Incredibles 2 trailer has debuted during the Olympics, and it's nearly as exciting as the curling.
The sequel will also see a slew of new voices joining The Incredibles franchise for the first time, including Bob Odenkirk, Catherine Keener, Sofia Bush, Jonathan Banks, Isabella Rossellini, and Huck Milner.
Directed and written by Brad Bird, who returns following the 2004 original, Incredibles 2 is set for release on 13 July in the United Kingdom, 15 June in the US.
