Bajrangi Bhaijaan has become the widest Bollywood release in China with 8000 screens. The movie is doing good business at the box office and collected Rs. 78 Crore in five days.

Aamir Khan films are the highest grossing Indian films in China with Dangal at top spot with 1200 crores collection, Secret Superstar collected over 800 crores and PK 19.50 U.S. dollars at China's tehatres. While Baahubali 2: The C0nclusion accomplished the feat in the United States of America, the other four films won over the Chinese moviegoers to pull off the milestone.

The film is produced by Salman Khan Films with Eros International.

Released last week on Friday Bajrangi Bhaijaan has garnered unbelievable moolah at the ticket windows.

The film also featured actress Kareena Kapoor Khan.

Bajrangi Bhaijaan was released in India in 2015 and it was a critical and commercial hit. Well, Chinese box office anyway.

After the completion of the first weekend, Bajrangi Bhaijaan is expected to comfortably vault over the $50 million mark in cumulative overseas box-office receipts and surpass the lifetime overseas revenue of PK and Baahubali 2: The Conclusion respectively. And now the Khan mania has moved to the uncharted territory. Zaira Wasim-starrer Secret Superstar, which released in China in January this year, earned Rs 43.35 crore on its first day and then crossed the Rs 750-crore mark in four weeks.

The movie is directed by Kabir Khan. The movie Bajrangi Bhaijaan's standalone box office collection is pretty impressive.

In a week of its release, Bajrangi Bhaijaan has entered the Rs 100 crore club, as per early estimates. Interestingly, Meher plays a pivotal part in Secret Superstar as well.
