Three people are dead after someone opened fire on board an "adult-themed charter bus" early Saturday in IL, the Rockford Register Star reports.

The vehicle was reportedly a Distinguished Gentleman private entertainment bus.

Thd driver of the bus called police about 3:30 a.m., Rockford Police Chief Dan O'Shea told the newspaper. The driver had driven a distance from the shooting site and parked at a gas stations where he met police. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Rockford Police Department. The three victims haven't been publicly identified. Police said they found three victims dead inside a bus that had been privately rented on Friday.

Police said during the news conference that all three victims were adults. O'Shea said anyone with information should call the Rockford Police Department at 815-966-2900 or Crime Stoppers at 815-963-7867. There is no suspect description available at this time.
