UFC's loss is the WWE's gain.

It wasn't just her clothing that was impressive however, as Rousey had one of the greatest debut matches of all time.

Ronda Rousey made her long-awaited WWE debut in a mixed tag match at WrestleMania 34 live on Sky Sports Box Office on Sunday night.

Triple H and Kurt Angle dominated the early stages of the bout, with Angle the victim of several illegal hits from Stephanie at ringside.

But Rousey proved to be a quick learner, wowing fans in her very first performance.

When Ronda did get in, she acquitted herself pretty well - though perhaps it should be factored in that she's actually a real athlete, while Triple H, for all his legendary status, is 48 years old, while her partner Angle turns 50 at the end of the year. Paying homage to her nickname namesake, the late "Rowdy" Roddy Piper, Rousey rocked a kilt en route to the ring.

A big DDT followed, but Rousey managed to kick-out of the move, as Stephanie continued her assault.

Everything began to happen quickly.

The "Baddest Woman on the Planet" ultimately clamped down a dramatic armbar on McMahon, forcing the executive to submit.

She then locked Triple H in a brutal submission before setting her sights on Stephanie in an arm bar, which McMahon somehow managed to escape thanks to her husband's desperate intervention.
