First Look at Alex and Jo's Wedding on Grey's Anatomy

Grey's Anatomy airs Thursday night at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC. As Deadline exclusively reported back in March, Capshaw and Drew will not be returning to ABC and Shondaland's cornerstone medical drama after this season.

In other news, Arizona tells Bailey that she's leaving.

Additionally, another reconciliation was hinted at when Arizona admitted to smiling whenever she reads a text from Callie. While not definitively saying the formerly married duo are getting back together, Grey's leaves Calzona fans with hope that there's a chance.

April's (Drew) exit was blanketed by mystery. As it turns out, they were all on time - for someone else's wedding (I guess the fact they didn't notice a non-Alex groom standing at the alter the whole time can be chalked up to creative license). It is unclear how April will make her exit. She is rushed to Grey-Sloan and Bailey is seemingly left to tend to the patient by herself until an unexpected Teddy shows up at the hospital to ask for a job. There are happy moments with Alex and Jo tying the knot at last, but this will also be the last time that the Grey Sloan Memorial staff, as well as viewers, see April and Arizona.

Rose McGowan, whose fight for respect in Hollywood and beyond was chronicled in a January documentary, is back in "Citizen Rose", a three-part update that centers on the emotional toll she's taken in revisiting her painful past. The bride and groom got locked in a shed with a dead body, most of the guests showed up at the wrong location, and the wedding planner almost died from an allergic reaction. We also get a sense of closure for her character as Matthew (Justin Bruening) proposes just before Jo and Alex's super tardy officiant finally arrives.

The wedding catastrophes don't stop there. A reveal that reportedly happened "weeks" before the wedding.

Starring: Ellen Pompeo, Kevin McKidd, Justin Chambers, Jessica Capshaw, Camilla Luddington, Jesse Williams and more. But Wong is still pitch-perfect with her irreverent takes on motherhood and sudden fame.

The wedding episode did end up having the wedding that was planned at the end. If so, how will this affect Owen and Amelia's potential reconciliation?

The actress didn't give away any spoilers from the season 14 finale, but she did warn fans that they will likely be crying and laughing throughout the episode.
