Eagles running back Jay Ajayi really hit the jackpot past year when the God-awful Miami Dolphins traded him to Philadelphia in the midst of what became a Super Bowl-winning season.

They also deny Jay damaged the property in any way. or hosted any parties.

National Football League star Jay Ajayi shoved the owner of a fancy L.A. mansion who charged the Eagles running back $25k in damages for trashing the place. this according to a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports.

The owner further alleges that when he confronted Ajayi on February 18, he was pushed in the chest in a "menacing and threatening manner". Miami shipped him to Philadelphia, where he helped the Eagles win the Super Bowl. The lawsuit accuses Ajayi and his friends of breaking a table, scratching floors and violating the house's no-smoking rule during a five-day stay in February, then refusing to pay penalty fees for doing so, per TMZ. He told the website that he and his friends left the property several days early (but still paid the full rate) after the owner tried to get him to pay cash directly, instead of through the Airbnb website, as required by the rental company.

After the Eagles won the Super Bowl, running back Jay Ajayi retreated to Los Angeles for a few days to celebrate the momentous accomplishment.

Ajayi was traded from the Dolphins to the Eagles in October of a year ago.
