Ahead of the launch, OnePlus has shared many details about the phone including launch offers, which includes Rs 2,000 discount on purchase through SBI Credit and Debit card. OnePlus is also offering no cost EMI options for up to three months on popular banks.

Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus is all set to launch its much-teased flagship smartphone OnePlus 6 globally today.

For those unaware, OnePlus has already revealed that the yet-to-be-launched OnePlus 6 will be exclusively available in India via Amazon.

Price: The OnePlus 6 price in India starts at Rs. 36,999 for the variant with 64GB storage, according to a report.

In addition to discounts, OnePlus 6 customers will be eligible for complimentary 12-month accidental damage insurance by Servify, Rs. 2000 cashback and device insurance for Idea subscribers; Gift card worth Rs. 250 for all Amazon Prime Video consumers and discounts of up to Rs. 500 on Amazon Kindle. The smartphone will also sell on OnePlus' online store, OnePlus experience store and other offline stores.

The cashback of Rs 1,000 will be credited to the buyers' Amazon Pay wallet by May 25 and the extended warranty will get enabled by June 30. Besides, benefits up to Rs. 25,000 will be available on flight and hotel bookings from ClearTrip. Amazon had earlier announced the OnePlus 6 Fast AF sale under which it will allow customers to pre-book the OnePlus 6 from 13 to 16 May.

On the specifications front, the OnePlus 6 will be equipped with a 6.28-inch FHD+ display, Snapdragon 845 processor, 8GB RAM, 64GB/128GB internal storage powered by a 3300mAh dash charging battery. In India, apart from launching the OnePlus 6, the company will also launch the OnePlus 6: Avengers Infinity War Edition that is expected to come with a different finish compared to what users will get on the regular OnePlus 6. The handset will also include a notch design and a new version of OxygenOS with Android 8.0 Oreo.

The company will also be hosting pop-up events across eight Indian cities, including Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Ahmedabad between 21-22 May 2018. OnePlus 6 is the successor of the previous year launched OnePlus 5T. Further, the pop-ups will be held between 3.30pm-8pm on May 21 and between 11am-7pm on May 22.
