Oppo has launched a new sub-brand in India today called Realme. For those who are unaware, the Realme is a brand for youth and the phones manufactured will be sold exclusively via online channels only. The smartphone also comes with an Indian theme. And we're talking about two phones which have been fighting for the top spot: the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro and the ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M1. Let me elaborate on that point about how this could re-energize Oppo as a company and Realme as a force to reckon with in the smartphone market in India. Users can look forward to such tasks as real-time beautification, real-time video previews and such with ideal ease with the new Realme 1. The Realme 1 comes with a 6-inch full HD+ display with 1080x2280 pixel resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio.
Processor: The handset is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P60 chipset. Another variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal memory will be available sometime later for Rs 10,990.
Internal storage: It will come with 128GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 256GB via microSD card. On the front side, there's an 8-megapixel snapper for taking selfies and video calling.
The dualSIM phone will be backed by a a 3,410mAh battery but without the fast charging support. Built out of a fibre-glass body, the Realme 1 measures 156x75.3x7.8mm and weighs 158 grams. Another feature to make its way from the F7 is the Diamond Black rear design, an interlacing pattern that allows the phone to catch the light at various angles.
Christened Realme 1, the phone packs in the world's first 12nm AI CPU MediaTek Helio P60 CPU coupled to a 6 GB RAM and 128 GB of ROM. There are three variants of the phone: 3GB/32GB, 4GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB. Realme 1 buyers will also be offered Amazon Prime deliveries for their orders.

Other noteable features on the smartphone are dual 4G VoLTE support, 3410mAh battery, 158 grams of weight, Face Unlock feature and much more.
Realme 1 has been launched in India with trending specifications at a budget-friendly price in Diamond Black, Moonlight Silver, and Solar Red color variants. The other variants with 3GB RAM + 32GB storage and 4GB RAM + 64GB onboard storage will be available in India after about a month.
The device will go on sale on May 25 at 12PM via Amazon India.
