"You clearly don't know me", she wrote over the weekend.

Perrette's final tweet alleges that she was the victim of bullying and "multiple physical assaults".

Perrette does not name names but ends one of her tweets with the line "He did it". I feel I have to protect my crew, jobs and so many people.

Pauley Perette left fans devastated following her final episode on "NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service" aired on May 8. But there are tablois articles out there that are telling total lies about me.

She went on to explain that she was trying to keep the rest of the cast and crew safe by not totally revealing too many details of her story, but that she was unsure if that was the right or wrong thing to do. "Please leave me alone", she tweeted.

Pauley Perrette starred as the beloved character since the show's premiere.

Perrette has unfortunately been dealing with negativity in her life for some time, and after recently announcing she was leaving "NCIS", claimed that her decision to quit was based on "Multiple Physical Assaults". Last fall, after reports about Harvey Weinstein emerged, she shared her own story, writing that she was raped in high school by a football player: "My rape led me into a series of abusive relationships, awful self worth and self blame, dismissing a few groping incidents, allowing myself to be bullied by a powerful man for way too long".

On Saturday, May 12, Perrette posted a message stating why she had yet to speak publicly about her departure.

"It was a decision made a year ago", she continued. Stay protected. Nothing really is really worth your safety. No morals, no obligation to truth, and I'm just left here, reading the lies... The Huffington Post reports that the actress has previous shared an account of being attacked by a homeless man who beat her and threatened her life. Trying to remain calm.

Perrette has not commented more on the matter since May 13, though she did send out a Mother's Day greeting a few hours later. On Twitter, however, she told a different story. Everyone is there. Love you!

CBS has yet to comment on Perrette's tweet, but as the story continues to pick up steam there is hope that the station will be forced to investigate Perrette's claims.
