In her first social media post since her ex-husband's death, Ottavia Busia, shared a rare photo of Ariane, their only child, with a microphone in her hand at DROM, a music venue in New York City.

"She was wonderful. So strong and courageous", the proud mom captioned the photo. "She wore the boots you bought her", Busia wrote alongside the image.

Italian actress Asia Argento and USA singer and actress Rose McGowan, who both accuse Harvey Weinstein of sexual assault, took part in a march organized by "Non Una Di Meno" (Me Too) movement on March 8, 2018 as part of the International Women's Day in Rome. "Do NOT do the sexist thing and burn a woman on the pyre of misplaced blame", she wrote. "My soul [sic] duty as a parent and as a father, particularly raising a little girl who is going to grow up to be a young woman, is that she will never look to men for affirmation, or anyone else for affirmation or self-worth or be physically intimidated by anyone", he told Mom.me in 2015. Bourdain was married to high school sweetheart Nancy Putkoski from 1985 until separating in the mid-2000s and then divorcing.

Anthony Bourdain's death by suicide at age 61 hit his followers hard, and those who were closest to him have slowly come forward to express their sadness as well. "I am beyond devastated". His talents never ceased to amaze us and we will miss him very much.

Meanwhile, tears streamed down the face of Argento's fellow prominent member of the #MeToo movement, Rose McGowan, as she opened up about the shocking suicide.

Argento, 42, asked that her privacy and that of Bourdain's grieving family be respected.

Anthony had previously opened up about his battle with depression on Parts Unknown.
