Resident Evil 2 Remake is Bringing Back Hunk and Tofu

Resident Evil 2 Game Remake Arriving in January 2019

Check out ten minutes of Capcom's Resident Evil 2 right here

Fans of the classic Resident Evil 2, originally released for the first PlayStation console in 1998, will be excited to know that they will have the opportunity to once again venture into the zombie infested Raccoon City.

It is interesting to see how Capcom is working on this Remake and trying to keep it as close to the original experience as possible.

Some fans have also now compared the map design from Resident Evil 2 Remake to the original game and from the comparison, it appears to be bigger and completely expanded design that adds many new locations and makes some key structural changes.

Presumably, the same requirements for unlocking both Tofu and Hulk will be similar, although the remake of Resident Evil 2 will apparently ditch the original game's A and B scenarios in favour of one unified narrative each for Leon and Claire.

The first trailer for Resident Evil 2 Remake serves as an effective teaser for a game many people thought they'd never actually see. For those unfamiliar with the story, players join rookie police officer Leon Kennedy and college student Claire Redfield, who are thrust together by a disastrous outbreak in Raccoon City. Or which is your favorite Resident Evil game? According to CBR, being that it was considered one of the best games in the series, Resident Evil 2 was ported to N64, Sega Dreamcast and PC with some modifications.

When the Resident Evil 2 remake was first teased, I had no idea what to expect.

Resident Evil 2 will launch on January 25, 2019 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
