Singer Chris Brown was arrested in West Palm Beach, Fla., Thursday night, according to Tampa authorities. He got arrested after his July 5 concert, reports TMZ.

Despite the headline-generating incident, Brown quickly posted bond after getting booked. As soon as he wrapped things up, he was arrested and taken away in a police cruiser. Most famously, in 2009 he attacked his then girlfriend Rihanna, leaving her bruised and bleeding. Brown was gone by the time officers arrived that night, and Vines refused medical treatment, but he told the officers that he wanted to prosecute over a minor lip cut.

Brown is in the midst of a nationwide tour dubbed "Heartbreak on a Full Moon".

His probation was finally lifted in March 2015. In 2014, he pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault for punching a fan who attempted to take a picture with him outside the W Hotel in Washington.

Brown, who is father to 4-year-old daughter Royalty with Nia Guzman, has had recent run-ins with the law over the years.
