Three people have been indicted in the kidnappings of actor Joseph Capone and "Halloween: Ressurrection" star Daisy McCrackin.

That's where the suspects allegedly stripped Capone naked and held him in a bathtub - where he was beaten repeatedly and starved for 30 hours, authorities charged. The indictment also alleges that both Andre Stewart and Johntae Jones were in possession of methamphetamine, which they meant to sell.

Anger erupted online when a video surfaced on Monday showing Los Angeles cops with their guns aimed at an unarmed Black woman.

Police say McCrackin was then forced to sign a $10,000 check over to Neal, who allegedly deposited it into her bank account.

The three allegedly went to the actresses home where they found McCrackin and Capone, whom they attacked.

- Viral video of police arresting a woman in Inglewood that first sparked outrage, and questioned police use of force, is video of a kidnapping suspect being arrested according to police and the Los Angeles District Attorney.

Keith Andre Stewart, Johntae Jones and Amber Neal have all been charged with a string of felony offensives, including kidnapping, assault with a firearm, grand theft, and mayhem following an incident at the South Los Angeles home of McCrackin on May 3. The defendants then allegedly put black hoods over the victims' heads and drove them to Jones's home in the Compton area of Los Angeles. The officers located the kidnappers and arrested them. McCrackin eventually escaped and alerted the L.A. Police Department, which was able to make the arrests. "She is being held on 1 million dollars bail".

It is unclear when or where the other two men were arrested but both are in custody with bail set at $1 million for Jones and $2 million for Stewart.

She also appeared in 3000 Miles To Graceland which starred Kevin Costner, 2011's Atlas Shrugged: Part I and the 2018 Topher Grace horror film Resurrection.

Video filmed by a bystander shows Neal emerging from her vehicle with her hands up and walking backwards toward the armed officers before laying on the ground. If convicted, they each potentially face sentences of up to life in prison.
