Wolves completed the signing of Adama Traore from Middlesbrough for a club-record £20m on Wednesday as they continue to enjoy a fruitful summer window.

Newly-promoted Wolves reached an agreement with City over a month ago and are now attempting to convince Zinchenko to swap life with the Premier League champions for Molineux.

Last season's Championship title winners are ready to trigger the 22-year-old's release clause to push the deal over the line.

It's an incredible journey for the youngster who moved from Barcelona to Aston Villa during the Birmingham club's relegation season. I hope to show what I can do and help the team 100 per cent.

"After that my mentality is to work every day and be prepared for whatever comes".

The Premier League newcomers have approached the Foxes about the fullback's availability, however time is running out to get the deal over the line. All tournaments Zinchenko has played 14 games and became the second Ukrainian victor of the Premier League after the former Arsenal defender Oleg Luzhny.

"Before I make any decision I know how they play, how they move, how the winger play".

Traore joins Portugal's Euro 2016 winning duo, goalkeeper Rui Patricio and midfielder Joao Moutinho, Jonny Castro Otto and Raul Jimenez as new faces in manager Nuno Espirito Santo's squad.
