Bollywood actor Tanushree Dutta on Wednesday filed an FIR with the Oshiwara police station in Mumbai against Nana Patekar and Ganesh Acharya.

"In between the shots, there were around 100 supporting staff including junior artists, dancers and others and Nana Patekar, against my will and consent, started grabbing me by the arms and pushing me around on the pretext of teaching me how to dance, even though he is not the choreographer. he was touching (me) indecently and unnecessary in front of everybody, but nobody objected and all were complicit in this behavior by being silent spectators", she alleges.

The Maharashtra State Commission for Women had Tuesday issued notices to Patekar, Siddiqui, Acharya and Sarang. "These people will have to appear before police, and if they don't, they will be arrested", Tanushree's lawyer Nitin Satpute told IANS. "Neither am I Tanushree Dutta nor Nana Patekar", was Bachchan's response when asked about the controversy that dates back to 2008.

In a letter, Dutta said that she lodged her complaint for the registration of FIR under Sections 354, 354 (A), Section 34 and Section 509 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

Dutta added that she felt "uncomfortable and embarrassed" as a result of his "inappropriate behaviour" and that he had "outraged her modesty".

Patekar has denied he misbehaved with Dutta on the sets of the film, calling her claims a "lie". She claimed that after complaining to the producer, director and choreographer, they changed the choreography of the song to include Patekar in it without her knowledge and consent.

The alleged harassment took place on the fourth day of the shoot on March 26, she says.

The actor said she was being forced and pressurised to do the steps but after she refused, the producer threatened to defame her.

She then called her parents and manager, who questioned Patekar's actions. Many parts of my complaint were deleted, omitted and avoided, she alleged.

Though it is not clear to whom this interview was given he has now spoken against sexual harassment.

She says that some political party workers started assaulting and damaging her vehicle while she and her family were trying to leave the venue.

The actress is also going to approach the Bombay High Court and will file a PIL seeking an internal complaints committee to be formed in every film related body.
