Janet Jackson, a five-time Grammy victor, will have a third chance to gain induction after failing to make it in her first two times on the ballot.
On Tuesday (October 9), the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame announced their 15 nominations for the big honor!
It could be second time lucky for Radiohead, who had their first nomination previous year.
The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame notes on their website that "the top five artists, as selected by the public, will comprise a "fans" ballot' that will be tallied along with the other ballots to choose the 2019 inductee".
Nominees become eligible for induction 25 years following the release of their first recording, and over 300 artists across multiple genres have been recognized by the institution since its establishment in 1983.
Devo, Roxy Music, Nicks (as a solo performer, Fleetwood Mac was inducted in 1998), Prine, and Rundgren are all first-time nominees.
The 2019 induction ceremony will be held Friday, March 29 at the Barclay Center in Brooklyn, New York. For some, the pinnacle of the list contains musings such as one day winning a Grammy award.
Fans can also visit the museum in Cleveland to cast their vote in person using the Voice Your Choice interactives adjacent to the 2018 Inductee exhibit.
