While the Los Angeles Lakers are considered to be one of the front-runners to sign Leonard in the offseason once he enters free agency, a recent survey actually says otherwise, with the Los Angeles Clippers actually emerging in front of their crosstown rivals in the race to sign the two-time Defensive Player of the Year victor.

"I was just focused", Ibaka said.

Leonard is sitting out for the third time in his first 10 games with the Raptors.

In other words, the Raptors could still be without Kawhi even though he didn't play on Sunday. So that means it should still give the Jazz a pretty high chance of winning, right?

With the Lakers getting into Los Angeles early Sunday morning, they were ripe for a tough game against the East's best team. The Raps went up 42-17 after the first quarter and really didn't look back from there as they went on to win comfortably 121-107. Though they played better basketball as the game went on, they were never able to overcome that slow start. "Just as bad as you can play for a month you're going to round out a great month or two".

Leonard, 27, missed all but nine games last season, his last with the San Antonio Spurs, because of the injured quad.

Leonard said the injury wasn't serious, although the team listed him as questionable to face the Lakers.

As such, without Donovan Mitchell in action, I'm feeling less than optimistic about Utah's chances. "There's a sense of freedom and joy that comes when a top player like that is out".

The Jazz and Raptors tip-off at 7:00 PM MT within the friendly confines of Vivint Smart Home Arena.
