The designer used Instagram to share a photo of Melanie Brown, Emma Bunton, Melanie Chisholm and Geri Halliwell posing together in a promo image for their tour, using her caption to reminisce on her time in the group and wish the other women well as they prepare to hit the road.
"We all agree that there are many exciting possibilities that will once again embrace the original essence of The Spice Girls, while reinforcing our message of female empowerment for future generations".
They will perform at the Edinburgh BT Murrayfield Stadium on June 8, the Bristol Ashton Gate Stadium on June 10 and London's Wembley Stadium on June 15.
The last time all five of them performed together was at the 2012 London Olympics.
The legendary pop group has mapped out a six-date United Kingdom tour for June, culminating in a date at London's Wembley Stadium.
Victoria Beckham has opted not to join the tour but Mel is still hopeful she'll make an appearance on the tour at some point.

Asked if they'll go outside of the United Kingdom, she said: "We are". I hope so. I think it would be a shame if she didn't.
While the "Viva Forever" singer is confident the tour will be well-received, she admitted some of her bandmates were more cautious.
'She's got a full-on life with all of her work commitments, her fashion line and all of her kids, so she's not committing just yet. "We are always overwhelmed at how much interest there is across the whole world for The Spice Girls".
