Golden Globes 2019: Chrissy Metz calls Alison Brie 'such a b----' live on the red carpet

Chrissy Metz Denies Calling Alison Brie A 'B***h' At Golden Globes

During Sunday's Golden Globes Facebook live feed, the "This Is Us" star, 38, was asked to introduce the stream's next guest, Alison Brie.

"I've been training with my trainer for seven or eight years", she said of the strength training she went through for wrestling scenes on the show.

He also noted, "It's more important than ever that we ALL support and love on one another and from my position on that stage, a few feet from Chrissy, it was clear to me that she had nothing but love for Alison".

Welp, consider that fleeting drama done and dusted.

A post on social media appeared to show Metz say "she's such a b****" when an interview ended and cut to footage of Brie.

"We only follow each other on Instagram", she said, "and I don't want to ruin her night".

Metz hasn't offered up what she was actually saying in the moment, but supporters of the star theorized that she could have been calling Brie a "babe".

"I don't speak about anyone like that I don't speak like that".

Sitting at her seat inside the ballroom, Metz was scrolling through Twitter when she read the news about the alleged comment.

According to Metz, Gibson had asked her whether she knew Alison Brie at the end of their interview, to which Metz responded, "Do I?" "I know her. I saw her on the carpet, and I told her how lovely she looked".

"I don't talk like that", she continued. "I saw her on the carpet and I told her how attractive she looked", Brie said.
