Siraj has been top form with the ball in domestic cricket. He had also put in good performances against New Zealand A previous year. Kaul has ten wickets in his last two first-class games against Kerala and Hyderabad. He also picked up seven wickets against New Zealand A, including a 4-wicket haul in the last match. The second ODI will be played in Adelaide on 15 January before the tour ends in Melbourne on 18 January with the third match.
