Fantastic Four DLC content coming to Marvel’s Spider-Man

Spider-Man PS4 Fantastic Four

Something 'Fantastic' is heading to Marvel's Spider-Man

As IGN reports, Marvel creative exec Ryan Penagos jumped into the livestream that kicked off the comic creators" "Fantastic Four Week' and dropped a big hint that the classic hero team would be making their way to the PS4 title in some way, shape or form "soon".

So it turns out that tease from Marvel Games involving the number 4 was related to the Fantastic Four after all and it looks like it'll soon tie into Insomniac Games' PS4 exclusive Marvel's Spider-Man. "I can't tell you anything more right now. ut you'll want to keep an eye out for this".

Spider-Man developer Insomniac Games has only retweeted Marvel's tweet with the "eyes emoji".

"Spider-Man has a long history with the Fantastic Four and even served as a member on more than one occasion". This is a suit that also has ties to the Fantastic Four.

What the content might be is anyone's guess, but Marvel's Spider-Man has already laid the groundwork for all sorts of possibilities. Marvel's Spider-Man: The City That Never Sleeps was a three-part bundle of DLC that was released periodically in different chapters, and the last of those expansions called "Silver Lining" just recently released.

The best bet is maybe a costume change or perhaps the addition of the Baxter Building to the NY skyline.

The other costume option could be the Future Foundation outfit. Or it could be the costume I'm secretly holding out hope for, which is just Spidey in a Fantastic Four suit with a bag over his head.
