The actor took to his Twitter handle on Monday to share his look as PM Modi. While most of these attempts at recreating a person's life story have proved to be commercially successful, but, what caught our attention is the news of Indian PM Narendra Modi getting his own biopic directed by Omung Kumar. He wrote: "IT'S OFFICIAL". Directed by Omung Kumar.

Producer Suresh Oberoi also shared his happiness and said: "It's the good fortune of Vivek Anand Oberoi that he is playing the role of a karm-yogi, a great leader, who has been accepted by not just India but the whole world".

The poster was unveiled by Maharashtra chief minister Devendra Fadnavis in 23 languages.

Although Ssingh would not confirm whether he has sought Modi's endorsement for the film, he said that the story will begin at the beginning, with Modi's childhood. The shooting will start from mid-January 2019. "A big chunk of the film will be shot in Gujarat, apart from other states", a source told a daily. The regular shoot commences during the second half of this year and PM Narendra Modi will release during 2020.
