Southern Maryland, the Washington region including Prince George's and Montgomery counties, and much of Virginia and West Virginia are also under winter storm warnings. Temperatures will slip to the upper 20s and back to the upper 30s on Saturday. All of this means more snow north and west and more freezing rain Triad and south. Lows near 30 in the Triad to near 32 south of Asheboro.
