Assassin’s Creed III Remastered Listed for Switch on Ubisoft’s Website

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey- an unsteady start for Ubisoft's latest

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey – anyone for seconds

It would appear that Assassin's Creed III Remastered is coming to the Nintendo Switch.

Last week, Ubisoft showed off the first look of the remaster of Assassin's Creed III along with revealing that it would be coming to PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The process of bringing AC3 to Switch along with Liberation, which was originally a handheld game anyway, you'd have to imagine wouldn't take much work.

Details of this game were first revealed in October of previous year and now we're getting a better look at the changes that have made their way into the game. Ubisoft has yet to make an announcement, but it sounds like one is imminent.

As expected, Ubisoft would be making some additional changes and improvements to the textures of the game. The games will receive a full standalone release, but will also be included in Assassin's Creed Odyssey's season pass for free, as previously announced. Featuring the series' first dip into American history, Assassin's Creed 3 told the stories of father and son, Haytham and Connor Kenway. You can also pick up the original game on Steam at a 75% discount as part of the Steam Lunar Sale. Additionally, it is seemingly scheduled to release on the same day as its counterparts on March 29.

Assassin's Creed Origins similarly received a New Game Plus mode after its launch, which allowed players to carry over crafting materials, abilities, and even ability points.
