Now that they would be seen together in Kalank, one waits to see if they manage to make it four in a row.

The curiosity around the film is palpable and fans have been eagerly waiting for the trailer of the film ever since its magnificent teaser was unveiled. Starring Madhuri Dixit, Sanjay Dutt, Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur, a new actor joined the cast today. While Alia and Aditya's characters get married under certain circumstances, the former falls in love with Varun Dhawan's character, Zafar after marriage. Scorned by her husband, who is already married to Satya (Sonakshi Sinha), Roop dares to begin an illicit affair with Zafar.

Looks like Alia Bhatt just walked into a relationship in which there's respect but no love: "Iss rishte mein izzat hogi par koi pyaar nahi hoga", Dev tells his new bride Roop.

Madhuri Dixit, who plays a dancer named Bahaar Begum in the period drama, predicts a possible outcome of the newfound romance: "Nazayas mohabbat ka anjam aksar tabahi hota hai".

The trailer also shows a glimpse of KunalKhemu, KritiSanon, MadhuriDixitNene, and SanjayDutt.

The trailer showcases each and every member of the cast including the special appearances of Kunal Kemmu, Kiara Advani & Kriti Sanon and that's the best part about it. Producer Karan Johar had previously said that it was the last film his father Yash Johar had worked on before he died.

The plot of Abhishek Varman's 1940s-set Kalank came into view in the full-length trailer released by Dharma Productions and Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment on Wednesday. Binod Pradhan has lensed the film, and Pritam has scored it. Kalank will be released on April 17.
