According to Aksam, Aston Villa are the latest club to show an interest in Kasimpasa attacker Trezeguet and are ready to pay €10m to sign him. And now, Dean Smith's side are keen on bringing back another player who was impressive on loan past year - Manchester United's young central defender, Axel Tuanzebe.
"Ezri fits the profile of the type of player we were searching for." he said.
Villa are keen to strengthen in defence after signing Tyrone Mings, 26, from Bournemouth and are still exploring the possibility of re-signing Manchester United's Axel Tuanzebe, 21, on loan. Not only will it allow him an opportunity to play in the Premier League but he also previously worked very well with Dean Smith at Brentford.
The 24 year old could move away from the Super Lig club this summer and he's reportedly told the Kasimpasa board he wants to leave.
"I'm speechless right now".
It is now believed that Villa have convinced Kasimpasa to accept an offer with a £9.9million bid, though Dean Smith's side may find they have competition after the Mirror claimed Everton are also interested. As a kid I always used to dream about playing in the Premier League and for it to actually happen now is a dream come true for me and my family. I can't wait to get started with Dean and Richard again.
"I am looking forward to the challenge of facing the top players in the world".
Alongside the announcement of Mings, Villa revealed their new home kit for the 2019/20 season, which sees them return to the Premier League for the first time since 2016.
