The college football betting odds for the game have the Crimson Tide favored to pick up the win at home.

It's the matchup of the year thus far in college football as the top two teams in the Associated Press poll face off in a battle of SEC juggernauts on Saturday. Some might argue that this game is bigger for Burrow than the National Title for Tua.

Meanwhile, before the game, there were multiple signs of protest, including an inflatable blimp resembling a baby Donald Trump wearing a diaper, according to ESPN, which also reported there was also a sign that read "Roll Tide Impeach 45". Burrow gets credit for the Tigers' turnaround this year, but Edwards-Helaire deserves his share for willing his team to a win when it counted most.

The Trumps were seen watching the game from a luxury box.

Both loud boos and cheers could be heard as Trump took his seat before the recent pay-per-view UFC title match at Madison Square Garden in NY.

Burrow entered Saturday's game as the Heisman favorite. Trump told rally-goers in Monroe, Louisiana that he was going to attend the game, which he described as "LSU versus a pretty good team from Alabama". But at the same time, you can bet some of the uncharacteristic mistakes Alabama made in the first half are going to be what Nick Saban harps on the most. It will be tremendous.

Trump was said to have quickly stood from his seat and walked to the front railing with Melania so that he could wave to spectators, while his image was shown on the stadium's four video screens, leading to what was described as a "prolonged" applause.

Not one to be left in the dust, the Tigers beat the University of Auburn Tiger, 23-20.

Trump's attendance at the 'Bama-LSU game immediately sparked criticism locally, with running an opinion piece urging students and alumni to boo the president. "Short of NASCAR, a battle between two red state powerhouses seems a safe bet for some adoration", wrote Mario Artecano on Thursday.

On November 5, a University of Alabama student revealed that the school's Student Government Association had sent out an email warning student organizations against engaging "disruptive behavior" at the game. This prompted ringside UFC commentator Joe Rogan to reply, "they booed the f-k out of him".

Alabama accepted the ball to open the game and rolled to the LSU 8-yard line until Tagovailoa fumbled the ball, recovered by LSU's Ray Thornton.
