Broadway actress Laurel Griggs dead at age 13

Laurel Griggs, who acted in Broadway's "ONCE the Musical" as Ivanka, has passed away at the age of13.

Grigg's grandfather, David Rivlin, announced on Facebook on November 9 about the tragedy.

Beginning in 2015, Laurel Griggs also developed some TV connections, first doing work on the small screen for Bubble Guppies and then appearing in a small role on Louie. It was reported by Page Six that Griggs died at her family's home in New York City, and that she took medication for the condition. In December 2017, Laurell snapped herself standing outside NBC Studios and captioned it, "Dreams do come true". Griggs also appeared on Saturday Night Live.

The cause of her death is still unknown to the general public.

After she made her debut in Cat On A Hot tin Roof, Laurel Griggs had joined the casts of musical once, where she had played the role of Ivanka for about 17 months, which was longer than any other actress in the Broadway production history. This play also featured Avengers: Endgame star Scarlett Johansson.

"I am deeply saddened by the sudden loss of 1 of my Ivanka sisters", the publish reads. The police haven't released information regarding her cause of death. I'm so unbelievably grateful I obtained to know you. "My attractive and proficient granddaughter, Laurel Griggs, has handed away abruptly from a substantial asthma attack". We lost her yesterday to asthma at 13. "Laurel- you were often smiling and constantly built other men and women chortle. We will never forget this sweet, talented, young soul".

Her family said a remembrance service will be held Sunday afternoon in Chelsea. Everybody in the Once Family is going to keep you alive through us. R.I.P. Donations in Griggs' memory can be made to Broadway Cares.

One of Griggs' directors also paid tribute to the star and hoped that she was at peace.
