Nikki and Brie began trending worldwide on multiple social media platforms on Tuesday morning after the WWE veterans and co-stars of the Total Bellas E! reality show announced that they are both pregnant.
Nikki, 36, agreed that it was a "total surprise", adding, "It took even me a good week to come to terms with like, 'Oh my gosh, I'm pregnant.' I'm not ready for it". When she conceived at the same time as her twin sibling, she was utterly flabbergasted.
The Bella Twins becoming pregnant at the same time seems like the flawless situation for a season of Total Bellas. "People are going to think that's a joke", added Brie. We are both shocked. "People are going to think we planned it, but you can't really plan pregnancy!" she told the worldwide magazine. This will be Nikki's first child; an unwillingness to start a family was one of the key reasons the superstar broke off her previous engagement with John Cena. The stars are due less than two weeks apart, making this all the more incredible.
Speaking about how they're coping with pregnancy, Brie went on: "We have definitely felt better in our lives". That fall, Nikki reconnected with Artem, who she was paired with on Dancing With the Stars in the fall of 2017. "When I came back in, and it said pregnant, I had to sit down for a second". It's actually insane because we both have the same symptoms.
"I feel like I literally have a hangover every day and it's insane because I'm not going out and partying", Nikki added. I'm not hitting up my usual happy hours. I thought that, 'Okay, I'm gonna stay healthy.
Confirming the news with People, Brie confessed that both the sisters were in shock when they learned about each other's pregnancy.
"When I thought it was going to be taken, for me, it was really hard", Nikki told People. The pro wrestler is expecting her first child with fiance, Artem Chigvintsev, she confirmed to People magazine.
"In ten years I hope I can slow down a bit and focus on raising my family ... and enjoying my wine", said Brie.
