"I want to thank all of you for your love, prayers and support", the actress captions against an Instagram photo of her riding her horse across an orchard as a little Shetland pony trails behind.
The actress went on to say she was anxious about telling her mum and her husband Kurt Iswarienko her cancer had returned.

SHANNEN DOHERTY - who is best known for starring in Beverly Hills, 90210 - has revealed she is battling breast cancer for a second time, after being given the all clear three years ago. However... I consider that I'll discover my footing.
The 48-year-old, who was initially diagnosed with breast cancer in March 2015 and announced she was in remission in 2017, said she is still hopeful despite her cancer returning. I will dig deep to the internal strength I want to confront all of it. I beg I do everything with dignity and elegance.
"I started feeling some very odd aches, so, I called my oncologist", a tearful Doherty told ABC News' Amy Robach. "I'll. For now... please understand how a lot you all assist carry me". She said on Good Morning America last week that her cancer has returned and is now stage 4.
"I don't think I've processed it".
"I definitely have days where I say, 'Why me?'" she added. It was so weird for me to be diagnosed and then somebody who was seemingly healthy to go first. I know you're not alone ... you have all prayer warriors fighting for you.
The actress has been living with the diagnosis privately for nearly a year now, but due to a court case with her insurance company, which details her health issues, she chose to come forward with the news herself to control the narrative surrounding her cancer.
The 90210 star is now in the midst of a legal battle with an insurance company after her home was destroyed by California wildfires in 2018.
"So my most cancers bought right here once more, and that's why I'm proper right here", she talked about on the time. "I want to be remembered for something bigger than just me".
