Samsung has officially announced its new Galaxy A31 mid-range smartphone. The sale is slated to begin a 12PM noon and customers can buy the phone from Amazon India, Samsung.com, as well as select retail stores.
In terms of optics, the Samsung Galaxy A31 comes with a quad-lens rear camera setup comprising a 48MP (f/2.0) primary sensor, an 8MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide-angle lens, and a couple of 5MP (f/2.4) lenses for macro photography and depth sensing. The phone comes with an octa-core Exynos 9611 processor with a Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. As for memory options, the phone offers 4GB/6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of expandable storage.
As the Galaxy A31's main sensor is a 48-megapixel affair, it's fair to expect rather sharp images in decent lighting conditions at the expense of somewhat dubious low-light performance. Look at the front and you'll find a 6.4-inch FHD+ OLED screen, complete with a waterdrop notch.
The promo focuses on the core specifications of the Galaxy A31 and places the quadruple camera on its back front and center.
The Galaxy A71 5G would draw juice from a 4370mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging. Other features include Android 10 with OneUI 2.0, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, a fingerprint scanner and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone has been introduced in four colour options - Blue, Black, Red, and White.
The Samsung Galaxy M21 is priced at Rs 13,499 for the 4GB + 64GB variant and Rs 15,499 for the 6GB + 128GB variant.
