Apple is scheduled to hold a major event, titled "Time Flies" on Tuesday, during which it is expected to reveal a host of new products and updates. Like always, viewers can watch the Apple event on the company's official website and on its YouTube channel.

In line with rumors, Kuo expects the new iPad Air to feature Touch ID integrated into a side power button.

As for the iPhone 12, the company still has not released any information about its next phone launch, though we wouldn't be surprised if during the September 15 event Apple did not show a quick tease. It also reported the company is preparing new high-end and low-end Apple Watches as well as a redesigned iPad Air with an edge-to-edge screen. He does contend that 2021 iPhones could feature a faster refresh rate by introducing LTPO technology. However, Kuo says that the 5.4-inch "iPhone 12" will feature a "slightly narrower notch area for displaying the information well" in its upper corners. The rest of the lineup, including two 6.1-inch models and one 6.7-inch model, are said to have the same notch size as iPhone 11 models.

A few other media reports also pointed out that the company may add features such as blood oxygen monitoring and longer battery life to the new Apple Watch.

As far as when the "iPhone 12" models will ship, Kuo says that the mass production dates vary.
