Zack Snyder's Justice League Might Be Called 'Justice League: Director's Cut'

'Justice League' Snyder Cut Score Teased by Composer Tom Holkenborg

Snyder Cut Reveals Martian Manhunter Behind The-Scenes Images

In the mix of downloadable wallpapers released for the DC FanDome event, some art for Zack Snyder's cut of Justice League was released with what might wind up being the official title.

And now, as part of today's FanDome festivities, Holkenborg has given fans a sneak preview of the main theme from Zack Snyder's Justice League, which you can hear in the video below...

The behind-the-scenes images include a look at Zack Snyder in Star Labs, the scene involving what looks to be Martian Manhunter as Ma Kent as we see Diane Lane is holding a cup of coffee which is similar to Zack's storyboards, a Bat Cave scene, and more. I can't tell you how excited I am. It's not an old-school superhero theme, nor is it trying to be, but it works for me. Famously, he worked on a version of the Justice League score that was scrapped by Whedon and co. when Snyder left the film; now, with Snyder back, so is XL. The composer bring a really interesting sonic sensibility to the films he works on (including Mad Max: Fury Road), and he previously worked on Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Since its launch, followers known as on Warner launch the Snyder Cut, and HBO Max made the stunning announcement earlier this yr that Snyder's model would launch on the streaming service in 2021. Zimmer, who had composed "Wonder Woman", had originally been tapped to score "Justice League", but Holkenborg replaced him, before ultimately being swapped with Elfman in the final version.
