The south: Sunshine and intermittent cloud is expected in the south of the country on Saturday and Sunday with temperatures peaking at 19 degrees and nightly lows of 14 degrees. It will be a little breezy with highs in the upper 50s and lower 60s. Skies will turn mostly sunny Monday afternoon. Through most of the day, it will stay dry though.
Warm temperatures and clear skies are being felt throughout Long Island today, but there could be a storm with possible heavy rain for Thanksgiving next week.
Happy Saturday! If you're headed out early you will be met with fairly comfortable weather.
Technically we're warmer than normal, but it still feels very pleasant when you step outside as humidity is at more comfortable levels, plus a northeast breeze up to 10 miles per hour will keep it feeling nice.
The snow should start late Sunday afternoon and continue overnight. "But I'm favoring a dry or mostly dry day". Highs on Sunday will be in the low 70s after a morning with temps in the 40s. Expect a chance of light showers by the evening and at night.
