As Bill Spencer of Xbox put it, Animal trafficking Has become an event.
Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp, Nintendo's mobile life simulation game, may have been overshadowed by Animal Crossing: New Horizons this year, but the Android and iOS game now has a major advantage over its Switch successor: the ability to take cute photos with your villagers using an augmented-reality camera mode. However, it appears that a recent update for Animal Crossing: New Horizons has made some changes to a very popular exploit that many fans have been making use of since the game went live. Now, Nintendo shared some largely common sense guidelines for companies who might use Animal Crossing for self promotion. Nintendo did not elaborate on what the politics guideline means exactly, or why the guideline was implemented, but as IGN pointed out, it could be a possible response to Biden Island.
Please refrain from using the Game inappropriately or creating any content within the Game that would be considered vulgar, discriminatory, or offensive.
Invites other players to your island.
Do not alienate the game as a marketing platform that guides people to activities or campaigns outside of the game (leading people to a sales page, distributing coupons, sweepstakes, payments, following consumer social networking service accounts, including collecting customer information, or other inviting activities).
You are not allowed to obtain any financial benefit from using the Game (including selling your Custom Design or earning any advertising revenue with the Game content). While Nintendo has cloud saves for most of their games, Animal Crossing was one of the ones that could not use it with the way the game was setup.
