"For weeks, I've been trying to process everything that has transpired", Chambers, who filed for divorce from Hammer in July after 10 years of marriage, wrote. "I am shocked, heartbroken, and devastated", she began in the caption. "Heartbreak aside, I am listening, and will continue to listen and educate myself on these delicate matters", Chambers, 38, captioned the Instagram post. "I support any victim of assault or abuse and urge anyone who has experienced this pain to seek the help she or he needs to heal", she posted on her Instagram account. "I had this gut feeling the whole time that this was not right".

Moving forward, Elizabeth Chambers said that at this time her sole focus is taking care of the former couple's two children, 6-year-old daughter Harper Grace and 4-year-old son Ford Douglas Armand. The post that featured Hammer's photo with his two colleagues was captioned with, "Armie Hammer's director and co-star from "Call Me By Your Name" (Luca Giadagnino and Timothee Chalamet) are teaming up for a ... cannibal love story movie".

"Meanwhile, following his exit from "Shotgun Wedding" amid the alleged messaging scandal, Hammer said: "I'm not responding to these bulls**t claims but in light of the vicious and spurious online attacks against me, I can not in good conscience now leave my children for 4 months to shoot a film in the Dominican Republic", he told Variety. Lionsgate is supporting me in this and I'm grateful to them for that", he said.

'It has been an incredible journey, but together, we've chose to turn the page and move on from our marriage'. As we enter into this next chapter, our children and relationship as co-parents and dear friends will remain our priority'.
